Summer Track Strength and Conditioning

We are excited for the return of our Summer Track Strength and Conditioning class. This high-energy class combines a unique blend of running-specific strength, weights, and conditioning. Previous athletes in this class have gone on to achieve state championships and collegiate scholarships.

This Class is from June 3rd to Aug 2nd ( 9 weeks).  We encourage those able to sign up and pay for the whole summer at a discounted price of $165. Otherwise 2 monthly payments of $90 for June and July

Elevate your game with our Middle School Football Strength & Skills Class, led by Logan Deroin, a Doctor of Physical Therapy and former Eastern Oregon University football player. Designed for young athletes, this program blends strength training, conditioning, and football skill development under expert guidance.

Bullet Proof Shoulder – Arm care for middle school baseball and softball players

Join Logan Deroin, a Doctor of Physical Therapy with specialized residency training in working with overhead athletes, for our comprehensive class tailored for middle school athletes. Designed to prevent common overuse injuries and enhance performance, this program offers expert guidance, injury prevention strategies, and targeted exercises for optimal strength and flexibility to keep your athlete on the diamond.

Rocky Distance Team Training

Rocky Distance Team Training Wednesdays 4-5 pm and Saturdays 11 am-12 pm,

Fall Track Training

Fall Track training will focus on strength, speed, endurance, and base work for the track and field athlete not competing in a fall sport.

Winter Track Strength and Conditioning
We are excited for the return of our flagship Winter Track Strength and Conditioning class. This is a high energy class that combines a unique blend of running specific strength, weights, conditioning, and cardio. Previous athletes in this class have gone on to achieve state championships and collegiate scholarships. This class is from December 4-March 1 (3 months). We are encouraging those able to sign up and pay for all 3 months at a discounted price of $240 on the drop down menu. If it is better to pay monthly, we can set your card up on a 3 month auto pay plan at $90/month by calling 208-917-2660. Spots are limited to 15 participants per class.

Meridian Programs

High School Girls Lacrosse Strength and Conditioning Training (Meridian)

This class will focus on speed, agility, cutting, weight lifting, and overall conditioning for Girls Lacrosse Players

Mondays and Wednesdays 4 -5pm

This Class is from May 19th to July 31st (9 weeks).  We encourage those able to sign up and pay for the whole summer at a discounted price of $165. Otherwise 2 monthly payments of $90 for June and July

Idaho Rush SC Winter Conditioning
We are excited to partner with Idaho Rush SC for their Winter strength and conditioning training. These sessions are for Idaho Rush athletes only and will focus on strength, power, explosiveness, cardiovascular endurance, and injury prevention to help the athletes have a great spring/summer season. Sessions will be 2 days per week and are an hour in duration. There will be 2 training blocks, November 27-December 22 and January 8-February 16 (10 weeks). The total cost for both training blocks is $100. Training sessions will be divided by:
  • High School Boys Mondays and Wednesdays 4 pm
  • 2009-2011 Boys Mondays and Wednesdays 5 pm

Power Hour (Meridian Location)

If you are looking for a great training program that fits your budget, then Power Hour at our Meridian location is for you. Power Hour is a stimulating and upbeat Adult Performance Program involving Cardio, Strength Training and Mobility with a highly qualified performance coach. This class allows you to work at your own pace and any fitness level is welcome.

This class runs from:

6-7 am Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday

5-6 am Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

The class is $70/month (the monthly rate applies to all available times). *Autopay is mandatory for this class and can be entered at our front desk.

Rockfit

Rockfit is a high-intensity adult class that meets one day per week to cater to the individual looking for increased challenges in the gym. This class will focus on weight training, functional movements, skill work, and have a high intensity WOD at the end of every class. Cost is $35/month or $10 drop in.

Junior NBA - Speed and Agility

This class is designed to coincide with the Junior NBA program at Mettle Sports and run during practice times so athletes will be able to train and practice in the same night,  Class times will be at 5:30 and 6:30 pm on Tuesdays starting May 28th through July 2nd. $40 for all 6 weeks (reduced rate for sponsorship).
