Rock & Armor Sports Performance Classes

Rocky Distance Team Training Wednesdays 4-5 pm and Saturdays 11 am-12 pm,
Cost $240 for three months (January, February, March) in winter track classes.
Winter Track Class is back and is a high intensity program for both sprinters and distance athletes. The class will run December, January, and February and will focus on building track specific strength, speed and endurance. This class will meet 2 x week and the cost is $240 total ($80/month). We encourage athletes to complete all 3 months to get the most out of the program. Start date for all groups will be the week of November 28- December 2. Fall Track training will focus on strength, speed, endurance, and base work for the track and field athlete not competing in a fall sport.
Mondays and Fridays 4pm-5pm
Rockfit is a high-intensity adult class that meets five days per week to cater to the individual looking for increased challenges in the gym. This class will focus on weight training, functional movements, skill work, and have a high intensity WOD at the end of every class. Cost is $80/month.

If you are looking for a great training program that fits your budget, then Power Hour is for you. Power Hour is a stimulating and upbeat Adult Performance Program involving Cardio, Strength Training and Mobility with a highly qualified performance coach. This class allows you to work at your own pace and any fitness level is welcome.
This class will run from:
6-7 am Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday
5-6 am Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
The class will cost $70/month (the monthly rate applies to all available times). *Autopay is mandatory for this class and can be entered at our front desk.
